Detailed planning & consultation
Our standard commission includes complimentary planning and consultation fees of up to 3 hours via text. In the case that you require more of our time to tailor your commission, let us know, and we will apply the bespoke planning fee for you.

Premade design add-on
Furniture supply for premade
In partnership with
Premade houses do not come with a furniture supply as standard.
Where applicable, you can choose to purchase furniture supply services separately when buying premade designs.
- We will source the furniture from your local DC and trade it to you. Dyeing included.
- If you are ordering from NA/EU/OCE, the furniture may be traded to you in OCE.

Premade minor change
If you wanted to adjust small aspects of the premade design, such as changing the colour scheme or swapping certain furniture, you can choose this option alongside your purchase.

After-commission services
After-commission corrections
We provide a complimentary 72-hour after-commission service as standard on all of our commissions, where you can request any minor adjustments or fix glitches free of charge.
If you require more extensive corrections, you can request the after-commission corrections service add-on for a small fee.

Reimplement design
We can restore your house to what it was at the time when your commission was completed. For the occasion where you:

Keep my design private
If you have initially given us consent for premade, but later changed your mind and wanted to keep it private, we will try to accommodate your request. This will incur an additional fee.

With the dedicated consultancy specialist in colour, lighting, and shadow, we offer a service to help you create a perfect palette and ambience that will enhance your FFXIV home.

Standalone Housing Consultation – a standalone consultation service without housing commission itself, for client who prefers to design their own house. Price per hour.
Colour Consultancy – service is provided by Woodsome Housing Co.
After-commission Corrections fee – applies in case client requests extensive corrections within 72 hours after the commission is completed. Price exclusive of any fixtures/furniture/dyes/items needed.
Reimplement Design fee – optional service in case you want us to re-implement the design after you have relocated house, or change the internal structures. All furniture must already be in house storage or placed within the house. Service limited to housing designed by Thonhart’s Estates & Housing only, and we may not be able to include any further modification you made after we finished the original commission.
