Paying your house commission fee with Thonhart’s Estates & Housing is simple and hassle-free. This article outlines how you can make the payment for the commission, or other services provided by us.
Paying FC house commission
If you commission an FC house, paying via the FC chest is the easiest way.
When you add our character to do the commission, please allow us full access to the FC chest gil. You can then deposit the fees directly into the FC chest. Let us know if you need help with FC permission settings.
Paying personal house commission
If you commission a personal house in the following world, we can directly place a mannequin in your house to collect the payment.

- Sagittarius [EU], or
- Seraph [NA], or
- Sephirot [OCE]
If your world is not listed above, the easiest way to pay the commission fee is to visit one of Thonhart’s lounges to pay via mannequin. You can use the world visit or data centre travel feature to access one of our lounges listed below.
