Our membership scheme is based on your continued support. By doing business with us, you will earn tier points on all qualifying transactions. Tier points will then be used to attain a membership status. Take a look at how you can earn tier points and how much is required for our membership below.

* 1. Please note that tips and gratuities are not counted towards tier points. The amount of tier point awarded is rounded down, any fraction of point earned in a transaction is not awarded. Tier Point is only awarded from payment in gil.

Attaining membership status with tier points
Once you have accrued enough tier points, you may be invited to join our membership. Your membership will last as long as your latest 24-month and lifetime tier points meet the criteria below.

* Thonhart’s Preferred & Priority is an invitation-only tier. White the tier point threshold is required to be eligible for invitation, we may limit the number of member at a given point to ensure we can deliver our standard of benefits to the current members.
Tier point validity
Your lifetime tier points do not expire, as long as you maintain a good business relationship with us.
For certain membership tiers, only the most recent 24-month tier point will be used to calculate your membership retention, according to the threshold listed above.
