Due to recent fluctuations in furniture pricing following the resuming of estate demolition, and to simplify the entire pricing structure, we are revising our furniture deposit fee for all new commission requests.
Effective immediately, all new housing and furnishing commissions will reflect the updated deposit rates with the same furniture deposit amount regardless of the datacentre. This change ensures that we can, in most cases, cover all furniture for your house without having to request an additional furniture deposit from you.
Please note that the furniture deposit is only a guideline estimate of how much the furniture costs.
- If the total cost of furniture is lower than the deposit, we will refund you any unused deposit when the project is completed.
- If the total cost of furniture is higher than the deposit, we will let you know and you will need to pay the difference to cover any shortfall.
We are happy to also use any existing furniture you may already have, or if you want, we can supply the list of furniture for you to self-craft to reduce the furniture cost. Please let us know when you fill out the commission form.
