As we have a confirmation on the upcoming housing system updates, we’ll be making changes to the pricing, and our approach to housing renovation for any existing clients.
To summarise:
With the release of patch 7.5 (April 2026), we will be getting
- 1.5x increase in the interior slot (Apt: 150, S:300, M:450, L:600 slots)
- 2x increase in the exterior slot (S: 40, M: 60, L: 80 slots)
- Consolidated dyeing feature
- New ‘Dark Minimalist’ Interior Design (name TBD)
There is also a plan to release further improvements to the housing system, without a confirmation on the release date. This includes:
- The ability to change your interior size regardless of the plot size (e.g. a small plot with a large interior)
- The proposed improvement to the housing UI system, including a native way to ‘float’ furniture.
These suggestions have been announced in the live letter, but no release date has been confirmed yet.
For new projects
New commission fee from patch 7.5 onwards
- Small Interior: 20,000,000 gil + funriture cost
- Medium Interior: 40,000,000 gil + furniture cost
- Large Interior: 60,000,000 gil + furniture cost
- This is effective for requests from 14 January 2026 onwards.
Furniture, dyes and fixtures
The prices above do not include any furniture, dyes, or fixtures. We will charge these according to the marketboard price of your logical data centre as usual. Please note that, with the increased furniture slot and potential increase in housing demands, your furniture costs may significantly increase.
Interior size upgrade
With the proposed ability to change the interior size (e.g. small plot with a large interior), please note that:
- Our commission fee is based on your interior size; for example, if you upgrade your small plot to a large interior, you will pay the Large Interior commission fee.
- Our commission fee does not include the cost to upgrade your interior size.

You may be entitled to a discount on the commission fee (furniture cost not included) if you decide to renovate your existing house with us.
- If you have previously commissioned with us from 1 January 2024 onwards (your project number starts with P24-xx, P25-xx or P26-xx), you will be eligible to get this renovation discount offer.
- Please note that housing projects made through an affiliate, certain discounts or promotional campaigns may not qualify for the renovation discount.

If you have previously commissioned a fixed-theme design with us:
We consider a fixed-theme commission similar to a custom commission, so you will also be eligible for the renovation discount, with the quota of the fixed-theme project counted towards the custom project.

Update on commission slot availability
New commission slots
With the anticipated increase in the commission demand after the release of patch 7.5, during these initial months, we will not be operating on a first-come, first-served basis. We may, at our discretion, choose to build a specific request that we prefer initially. This could be a specific theme or requirements to be announced, and this may change depending on the demand at a later date.
