We buy your items from JP

We source your items from the cheapest world in Elemental DC. Anything from food to furniture or minions, as long as it is tradable on the marketboard.

And delivers it directly to you

We now deliver to all datacentres. Choose to meet halfway in OCE, or want it delivered directly to your home world, all for a simple fee.

How does a shipping service work?

How do I check the price in the JP datacentre?

We recommend using Universalis, a third-party service that provides aggregate marketboard data. Search for the item you want and get the estimated price in JP DC in there. Marketboard pricing is reliant on third-party data, which may not reflect the pricing in real time. We will choose the world in elemental DC based on the same data.

What do I have to pay for a shipping service?

You will need to pay the total cost of the item that you want to buy, plus the shipping fee, upfront. We will then purchase those items from the cheapest world in JP Elemental datacentre on your behalf and ship those items back to you.

If the item is in high demand or the price fluctuates rapidly, we may also require you to deposit an extra 10% of the total item cost. This is to cover us in case the item price rises at the moment we are buying the item for you. If this extra deposit is unused, it will be returned to you.

What are the steps to get items shipped to me?

Why is OCE cheaper?

When we ship the item from the JP datacentre, we need to go to OCE first, as it is the only datacentre open to all characters, regardless of their home datacentre. If you are in the NA or EU datacentre, you can also opt in to meet us at OCE for a cheaper shipping fee.
