How does a commission work?
We only offer FC houses, as only those can have the ownership transferred. Personal houses cannot be sold. As the selection of available properties varies, please check the location, plot, size, and details of the workshop & FC rank carefully before deciding to purchase an FC.
Per the game guideline, the FC master rank could only be transferred to a character who has joined the FC for 30 days or longer. Due to this limitation placed, we will need to stay in the FC with you for 30 days, until the FC master can be handed over.
On day 1
Pay 30% of the house value as a non-refundable deposit
During this period, you can:
- Use FC facilities, including the house and chocobo stables, creating FC private chambers, and teleports.
- Ask us to invite other people to join the FC as members.
- Manage the FC buffs.
- Change the FC name, tag, and other non-critical settings, where applicable.
- If you also opt to commission the house, we will start designing during this cooldown period.
During this period, you cannot:
- Change critical FC settings (e.g. changing rank, constructing/demolishing the house, relocating or vacating the plot, creating/dismantling airships or submersibles, etc.)
On day 31
Pay the remaining 70% of the house value
After the payment:
- We will trasfer the FC master rank to you, and leave the FC.
Where do we serve?
Why do you take the deposit?
We take a 30% non-refundable deposit as a guarantee of the purchase. After the deposit is taken, you will be permitted to manage the FC-related stuff (excluding critical permission such as demolishing the house, workshops, or changing members’ rank). To protect both parties, we will ask you to agree to the agreement/deposit payment via the in-game chat function as a reference.
Once the 30-day cooldown has lapsed, you will only need to pay the remaining cost of the brokerage fee before we can transfer the ownership to you.
If you want all permissions unlocked for you from day 1, you can also opt-in to pay 100% of the transaction fee as a non-refundable deposit. Doing so means you can request that we give all permissions to you immediately.
Note that if during the cooldown period, you decide to cancel the transaction, the deposit will not be returned to you.
Do I have to leave the FC to buy the estate?
Not necessarily, you can also put your alt character into the FC you are buying instead. This means your alt character will eventually become the new FC lead and own the FC house. You can also change the ownership by transferring the lead yourself at a later date, provided such character also stayed in the FC for 30 days or more.
The character I want to buy is currently in the FC right now, can I just leave and rejoin the new FC?
Yes, there is no cooldown timer for rejoining the FC. There is a 24-hour restriction which prohibits a character who has recently left an FC from forming a new FC, but this restriction does not apply to joining an existing FC.
My world is not listed, can I still buy FC from you?
Unfortunately, we currently have no plan to offer estate brokerage on other worlds not listed above. If in the future we decided to explain our service, we will update this page to reflect the changes.
What form of payment is accepted?
We only accept in-game gil payment, this is to comply with the game’s Terms of Service. No real-world money payment is accepted.

What are the Terms of Service for the Estate Brokerage?
You can read the T&Cs of the Estate Brokerage here. You will be required to accept the T&Cs before the brokerage commences. For our safety, the transaction and terms will also be recorded in-game using the in-game chat system prior to the purchase.
