A modern industrial bar & lounge, with exposed brick and rough concrete walls under the grated skylights. Checkerboard floors, dark tufted leather seating, sleek wooden bar counters with indirect neon strips, and rustic industrial pipes create an intimate atmosphere for adventurers to enjoy their drinks and savour the moments.

Ko&Ko Workshop
Step into our furniture supplier workshop, where all handcrafted furniture are made with care. Aged wood beams and warm lanterns illuminate a space filled with tools, sawdust, and blueprints. Large windows offer a view of a dark, mystical forest. This cosy workshop is packed with crates and woodcraft.

Timberhearth
This two-story timber house features a stone-paved ground floor with blue tufted sofas and a comfy crafting corner. Upstairs, the cozy wood-paneled loft contains a warm bedroom and an adjacent bath under the morning drizzle.

Firewatch
A rustic dark wood fire lookout tower with a wrap-around deck overlooking a forest at sunset. The interior features large windows, a wood stove, rustic desk, and maps, all illuminated by warm, golden light. “When the sun goes down, you can just get… lost.”

The Evercold
A breathtaking ice-themed abode sculpted from carved ice blocks, with intricate icicles and crystal lighting. The design features a majestic throne room, a cosy semi-open terrace with a fire pit and snowman, a secluded bedchamber, and a tranquil ice bath.

The Whitechapel
An expansive chapel with marble floor and columns, adorned with elegant swags of white and coral drapes and an array of intricate, vibrant green stained glass windows. A central gilded staircase leads towards a dramatic winged-cross symbol under an ornate chandelier.

This beachside getaway radiates coastal charm with deep blue accents and stone walls. The bedroom offers a cosy nook with an aquarium and sunset art, while an open-concept living area centres on a fire pit, overlooking a distant horizon under the azure sky.

Brightly lit, this modern large residence features a spacious living room with stone and light wood accents. Against the dark, gloomy grid faux windows, a sleek staircase ascends to a loft bed, complementing a pantry area besides the contemporary kitchen.

This Cyber-Far Eastern house features ultra-dim ambience, balancing traditional Zen with neon grit. Glowing red accents illuminate shoji screens and a katana display. Fitted with a stone bath under the night sky, and a futuristic workstation that completes this “Neo-Tokyo” sanctuary.

An otherworldly dwelling with futuristic and rusted industrial decor. Sunlight filters through skeletal structures onto the minimalist lounge, while below, a concealed underground bed bunker glows in violet hues—minimal, and quietly dystopian.

The Gilded Atrium
A sanctuary that captures a dream of legendary wealth. Between carved marble columns, heaps of pure gold and overflowing chests create a tactile paradise. Purple blooms soften the stony strength, while open-air vistas illuminate this hall of eternal fortune.

A two-story highland tavern with an expansive hallway in traditional Alpine architecture. The main hall features a bar, a reading corner, and a semi-open terrace overlooking snowy plains. Upper floor features an expansive bedroom and a secret Allagan laboratory.

High above the neon pulse of a sleepless city, this futuristic bedroom balances sleek, geometric architecture with immersive lighting. Recessed violet neons provide soft, indirect illumination across the floor and ceiling, while deep cobalt textures frame the low-profile platform bed overlooking the electric horizon.

Meadowloft
This modern wabi-sabi retreat pairs an expansive, drizzle-softened garden view with earth-tone modern interiors. The layout flows from a warm, earthen living area to a stepped loft bed, creating a sense of depths; coupled with a private stone onsen bathed in soft, morning glows.

A dimly-lit futuristic club, featuring open-plan seating, lounge and bar zones, a neon-lit dance floor and stage, pool and roulette tables, all wrapped in a moody ambience beneath pulsating blue and purple neon lights.
