What is a premade design?

A premade design is a fully furnished design ready to be implemented in-game. Unlike the commission service, your house can be implemented faster as we can skip the entire design phase.

With a premade design, you are choosing a fully finished product, and we do not offer adjustments to the design. Please check out our standard commission service if you require any further changes. We also don’t supply furniture for a premade design.

Do you implement the design for me?

This depends on how you purchase the design.

If you purchase the design from our online shop, you will only get a JSON file for the ReMakeplace app. To comply with the no-RMT policy, we cannot implement the design, nor do we provide any guide or support in implementing the design in-game for you. You will need to know how to use ReMakeplace, or check their Discord for help and troubleshooting.

For gil payment, please create a ticket in our Discord for implementation options.

Is premade or commission more suitable for me?

Premade and commission are two separate products.

With a premade service, you can expect:

  • Buy anytime: With a premade design, you can buy and download the design file instantly without waiting for our commission slot.
  • No adjustments: premade files are the final design that can be opened in ReMakeplace for inspiration. We do not provide any adjustments to the design.
  • Simplicity: if you don’t have a specific requirement for your house, you can also choose from the range of our premade designs, made with the same level of craftsmanship as our standard commission.

A commission might be more suitable for you if you want:

  • A tailored design: commission allows you to outline all your requirements, and allows more granular control; you can provide feedback on the design of the house, or change the layout/overall design theme.
  • Do everything in-game: We charge a gil-based service for a custom commission.
  • More options: You won’t be restricted to the design in the catalogue.

Note that typically commissions will take a longer time, and are subject to a waitlist queue. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

What are the Terms of Service for the Housing Commission?
