These designs are some of the alternative draft from previous project that was not used, or an older project which unfortunately I have lost all screenshot of them. I’m giving this design for free to first interested client (furniture cost not included) so I can grab some gposes with actual lighting in game.

BL03 / Kinloch [L]
Kinloch offers a serene, one floor expansive cabin in the woodland. Actual house will be dim, with indirect sunrays from the high ceiling windows.
This design features a modern highland living room with expansive forest view, semi-outdoor bedroom, and a fully-fitted kitchen & pantry.

The Scarlet Manor is a grand large ballroom and a lounge in crimson and regal purple theme.
This design features an elegance one floor manor (L) design, with an expansive ballroom on the right wing, a reception hall in the main hallway, and a lounge with grand piano, and dining table on the left wing.

This audio bar features a 2-floor serene acoustic lounge, with wood and marble theme. The ground floor is a mini audio shop, while the basement features an expansive music lounge with vinyls and bar area.
