  • Valid until 30 April 2026.
  • Valid only to the designated winner of the CASH FC event. The housing commission voucher is then transferable to other player nominated by the winner.
  • The recipient must be an active member of Cafe & Shabu FC (Tonberry) at the time of redemption.
  • The recipient can choose one of the following options:
    • A) Free housing commission for one house of any size, including both the commission and up to 20 million gil of furniture cost.
    • B) 3 million gil reward.
  • If the recipient chooses a housing commission option (option A):
    • We reserve the right to republish the design made through this voucher as a premade.
    • We will waive up to 20 million gil worth of furniture cost, calculated based on the marketboard price of JP, Elemental data centre. Additional furniture costs will need to be covered by the client. Non-marketboard items will either need to be supplied by the client or supplied by us at the rate listed in the Housing Commission T&Cs.
    • Housing commission made through this promotional campaign is not eligible for the renovation discount.
    • Housing commission made through this promotional campaign will not earn a membership tier point (Transaction class: N00).
