Update on Patch 7.5 commission pricing & slots.

We want to inform all prospective clients that, with the prospective update to the housing system coming in patch 7.5, are updating the pricing and membership structure to reflect on this change.

This change affects all housing commissions requests from 14 January 2026 onwards:

  • Small Interior: 20,000,000 gil (from 20,000,000 gil)
  • Medium Interior: 40,000,000 gil (from 35,000,000 gil)
  • Large Interior: 60,000,000 gil (from 50,000,000 gil)
  • This is effective for request from 14 January 2026 onwards.

We will be offering a 25% discount on your commission fee if you give us consent to republish your project as a premade design. This means the commission fee will be:

  • Small Interior (with premade consent): 15,000,000 gil
  • Medium Interior (with premade consent): 30,000,000 gil
  • Large Interior (with premade consent): 45,000,000 gil
  • This is effective for request from 14 January 2026 onwards.

The prices above do not include any furniture, dyes, or fixtures. We will charge these according to the marketboard price of your logical data centre as usual. Please note that, with the increased furniture slot and potential increase in housing demands, your furniture costs may significantly increase.


With the proposed ability to change the interior size (e.g. small plot with a large interior), please note that:

  • Our commission fee is based on your interior size; for example, if you upgrade your small plot to have a large interior, you will be paying a Large Interior commission fee.
  • Our commission fee does not include the cost to upgrade your interior size.

With the anticipated increase in the commission demand after the release of patch 7.5, during these initial months, we will not be operating on a first-come, first-served basis. We may, at our discretion, choose to build a specific request that we prefer initially. This could be a specific theme or requirements to be announced, and this may change depending on the demand at a later date.

We apologise in advance if we are unable to accept your request at this instance.


To reflect the new pricing structure and to simplify point accrual, we will also be changing the tier point accumulation from the housing commission, as follows:

  • We are offering a 2x tier point if you give consent for premade, based on your qualifying spending.
    • For instance, if you are commissioning a Small Interior house, and:
      • If you do not give premade consent, you will pay a 20,000,000 gil commission fee, and earn 20 tier points (1x).
      • If you give premade consent, you will pay a 15,000,000 gil discounted commission fee and earn 30 tier points (2x).
  • This will be effective starting from 14 January 2026 onwards.

To ensure that we can maintain our standard in delivering benefits to our frequent members, we are changing the tier points required to attain and retain Priority & Preferred status:

  • To attain/retain Priority, you will need 500 lifetime tier points, plus 100 tier points accrued in the latest 24 months.
  • To attain/retain Preferred status, you will need 1,000 lifetime tier points, plus 200 tier points accrued in the last 24 months, to be eligible for the invitation (member limit applies).

As a thank you for your foundational support, current Priority & Preferred members will have their membership status automatically extended until 31 December 2026; you do not need to do anything. You will then be required to meet the new threshold to continue the membership beyond this date.
