Please note: we do not do apartment / FC chambers as those cannot be shared.
We also don’t accept void or TPP builds.

For this auction event, you will earn 1 Thonhart’s membership tier point for every 1,000,000 gil spent on bidding (up to 499 points).3

  2. The total furniture cost is calculated based on the logical DC in which the house is located. The total furniture cost is included in the winning bid price, but cannot exceed 95% of the bid price (e.g. if the bid price is 100m gil, the total furniture budget cannot exceed 95m). If the furniture cost is expected to exceed the winning bid price, we may need to discuss changes to the design to fit within the budget or discuss alternative arrangements.

  3. The winner will earn 1 tier point for every 1,000,000 gil placed in the bid; the fraction of the tier point is rounded down.
    New client, Thonhart’s Member, and Pioneer may earn up to 499 tier points from this event.
    Thonhart’s Priority and Preferred may earn up to 999 tier points from this event.
